Qualifications

• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Hire, evaluate, promote, and discipline team members in collaboration with district and store management.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews.
• Support store operations, safety training, scheduling, and payroll processes.
