Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and HUB operations and staff under district/store management oversight.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, promote, and discipline team members as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend pay increases.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates and manage onboarding tasks.
• Oversee safety compliance and ensure proper training across the team.
