The candidate will supervise store operations, participate in staffing decisions, ensure safety training, and help manage profitability. A clear path to store manager is described with performance evaluations every six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of the store and team members.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, evaluation, promotion, and discipline with district and store managers.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper training across the team.
• Make sales calls and support weekly customer calls.
• Oversee delivery fleet maintenance and store cleanliness.
• Review monthly P&L and KPI dashboards with the store manager.
