Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote and discipline team members.
• Train new team members and conduct evaluations for pay increases.
• Assist in recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper training across the team.
• Make sales calls and schedule weekly customer calls.
• Manage delivery fleet maintenance and keep records for each vehicle.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping system use.
• Analyze gross profit components and review KPI dashboard.
