Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking Managers In Training to learn day-to-day store leadership, guest service, and team development across our convenience stores. You'll train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotate shifts, and support the Store Manager in building an effective team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, food service, or restaurant management is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and coaching a strong store team.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock on the floor.
• Oversee quality, merchandising, and food safety in hot food locations.
• Maintain clean store and coffee/food service areas; delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
