Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a motivated Manager in Training to support daily store operations and growth. You will learn from Training Managers and Supervising Managers while supporting the Store Manager and team in delivering an outstanding guest shopping experience.

You will rotate shifts, participate in leadership training, and gain exposure to store/vendor interactions, with opportunities for advancement across Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training and coaching.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock and keep shelves full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness and manage coffee station and restrooms.
• Operate cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
