Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Manager in training to support the store lead in sales, appearance, and operations. You will train, hire, and develop team members while ensuring safety and productivity across the store and HUB locations.

You will collaborate with management to optimize performance, review KPIs and P&L, and participate in driver and fleet oversight. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Assist in hiring process by recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selection of qualified staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations; recommend pay increases.
• Ensure safety compliance and that team members receive appropriate training.
• Support store manager with scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping; monitor KPIs and dashboard metrics.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities for improvement.
