You will assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff while working with district and store managers to drive safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes completing certification programs, strong leadership, and the ability to read numeric and alphanumeric data accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring process including recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Support store manager and ensure safety compliance and training across the team.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager and schedule weekly customer calls.
• Manage delivery fleet and ensure store/HUB store remains neat and organized.
