Responsibilities include supervising team members, participating in hiring, ensuring safety compliance, and learning key components of gross profit and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail store operations and team members.
• Collaborate with district and store managers on recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and terminating staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations with pay increase recommendations.
