Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and ability to supervise a team.
• Complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising store operations and team performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, promote, discipline staff.
• Schedule, payroll, and timekeeping using electronic systems.
• Monitor safety, maintain fleet records, and ensure cleanliness.
• Make sales calls and support store manager in operations.
• Review KPI dashboards and monthly P&L with manager.
