Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Responsible for supervising work performed by all team members assigned to store/HUB store.
• Train new team members and participate in hiring processes.
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling and interviewing to ensure qualified candidates.
• Electronic scheduling, clocking, and payroll; manage key components of gross profit.
