Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising store operations and staff performance.
• Support hiring, interviewing and staff development.
• Help manage safety compliance and training across the team.
• Participate in sales and customer calls as needed.
• Assist in managing payroll, scheduling and P&L review.
• Ensure store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
