Cumberland Farms is seeking motivated candidates for a Managers In Training program to grow into store leadership. You will learn from experienced leaders, support the Store Manager, and gain hands-on experience across operations, training, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is High School or GED.
• Soft skills include strong customer service, teamwork and high energy.
• Ability to multitask and work with varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and keep shelves full.
• Oversee food safety, merchandising and quality controls where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and oversee coffee/food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support leadership during various shifts and store operations.
