Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Tennessee to develop leadership and retail management skills. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, merchandising, and team development while gaining experience in recruiting and training Teammates.

The role emphasizes on-the-job leadership, customer service excellence, and readiness to assume Store Manager responsibilities in the future within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and recruit/train Teammates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Teammates to meet Buckle standards and sales goals.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and support onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop sales, leadership and recruitment skills.
• Ensure daily retail operations, cashiering, merchandising and store cleanliness meet Buckle guidelines.
• Manage training, coaching and performance feedback for the team.
