Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Chattanooga, TN to develop leadership and sales skills under Store Manager guidance. This on-site, full-time program focuses on running daily store operations, coaching teammates, and learning merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention.

You will progress toward taking on Store Manager responsibilities while training across sales, recruiting, and leadership duties within Buckle's retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle's mission by delivering excellent guest service.
• Develop sales, merchandising and operational skills under store management.
• Train and motivate teammates and assume Store Manager duties in their absence.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, and onboarding of teammates.
• Participate in leadership and supervisory activities to maintain store standards.
