Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering the Buckle guest experience. You will lead sales, merchandising, and operations while developing Teammates and driving revenue in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, coach with the Performance Tracker, and ensure exceptional customer service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Retail experience with leadership responsibilities preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service efforts to meet store goals
• Coach Teammates and manage recruitment and training
• Maintain store standards including visual presentation and merchandising
