Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Nashville to develop leadership and sales skills while performing a variety of merchandising, operational and guest service duties.

You will partner with Store Manager to learn recruiting, training, and store leadership as you prepare to assume Store Manager responsibilities. Responsibilities include guest service excellence, training Teammates, visual merchandising, and managing store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating Teammates.
• Lead visual displays and manage product categories and store standards.
• Work flexible schedules and complete the Management Trainee program with weekly topics and evaluations.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and support onboarding and interviews.
• Travel to cover other Stores within District as needed.
