Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee at Governor's Square Mall, Clarksville, TN to gain leadership experience and drive sales while completing a structured program. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop skills in recruiting, coaching, merchandising and guest service in a dynamic retail environment.

The role emphasizes leadership development, training teammates, and potentially serving as Store Manager in their absence, with a path toward store leadership within the Buckle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Aptitude for leadership and training teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service, merchandising and store operations fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest services to meet and exceed personal and store goals.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, coaching and development of Teammates.
• Support visual merchandising, product placement and planogram execution.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
• Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager and travel as needed within the district.
