Job summary

Buckle Murfreesboro is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive guest service, merchandising, and daily store operations at our on-site location in Murfreesboro, TN. You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to guide sales, recruit teammates, and foster a high-energy environment.

This role emphasizes coaching, showmanship, and delivering a visually compelling store experience, while meeting performance standards and maintaining Buckle’s code of ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Sell merchandise and assist guests with finding products.
• Lead by example in sales presentation and store standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing teammates.
