Job summary

Buckle in Nashville, TN is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support store leadership and drive sales. This on-site, part-time role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, develop sales, and ensure high guest service standards.

Key duties include leading by example, training teammates, managing daily operations, and delivering legendary guest experiences in all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• Leads by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to the Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies on payment/exchanges, and security practices.
