Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training to learn the day-to-day duties of running a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will train with our Training Managers and Supervising Manager, rotating through shifts to learn our company, our retail team, our vendors and our guests.

This role supports the Store Manager and other team members in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. Looking for growth opportunities?

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or food service preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and keep shelves full for 100% in-store availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where hot food is offered.
• Keep the store clean and organized; supervise coffee and food service areas as needed.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and effectively.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager with daily duties and coverage as required.
