Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training candidate for a Certified Oil convenience store location in Ohio. You will learn under senior leaders, rotate through shifts, and gain hands-on experience in daily store operations, guest service, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in retail or service with leadership experience.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing the store team through training and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-stock across products.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in hot-food locations.
• Maintain clean store appearance and coffee/food service areas.
• Operate cash register efficiently.
• Support store management and cover shifts as needed.
