You will supervise store teams, participate in hiring, scheduling, safety training, and payroll processes, and may attend interviews with district management. Bilingual applicants are encouraged and the program emphasizes growth from within.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline and discharge team members under supervision.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring tasks, scheduling and interviews, and collaborate with management on candidate selection.
• Support store manager and ensure safety compliance and training across operations.
• Manage vehicle fleet maintenance and payroll, scheduling, and KPI reviews.
