Job summary

You will participate in hiring, safety training, and performance reviews while supporting daily store activities. Requirements include a High School Diploma, leadership and communication skills, and Spanish language fluency is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Able to complete Assistant Manager Certification and Manager Development Program.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team operations supporting sales, appearance and training.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure safety compliance and staff training across store.
• Make sales calls and participate in weekly customer outreach.
• Manage delivery fleet records and payroll/timekeeping.
• Review KPI dashboards and monthly P&L with manager.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment.
