You will supervise store teams, participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews, and help manage safety, schedules, and customer service while promoting growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Recruit, test, hire, educate, promote, discipline, and discharge team members as needed.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring processes and coordinate with management to select qualified staff.
• Support store manager in safety compliance and staff training.
• Maintain store/HUB neat, clean, and organized; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Learn to manage gross profit components and monitor KPI dashboards.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and discuss opportunities.
