CVS Health is seeking a candidate for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Georgia. This 16‑week development track combines virtual and hands‑on learning to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position, guided by your District Leader and Store Manager coach.

Responsibilities include leading customers and associates, executing merchandising plans, and maintaining store profitability. A high school diploma or GED is required; a four‑year degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
