CVS Health in Duluth, GA is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; a four-year college degree is preferred or relevant work experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within designated market.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership development through the SMIT program.
• Engage with leaders to progress toward promotion.
• Represent CVS values and policies in daily work.
• Assist in schedule and store operations as needed.
