The 16‑week, self‑paced training blends virtual and hands‑on learning with mentorship from your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

As an SMIT, you’ll build skills in customer care, merchandising, inventory control and leading a team, with promotion potential to store leadership in your market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year college degree may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide self-paced, collaborative training to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Engage with leader to support promotion path and development.
• Lead in a manner aligned with CVS values and policies.
• Support store operations with customer care, merchandising and inventory control.
