Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in the United States to develop the skills needed for a CVS Store Manager role. The program spans 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be guided by a District Leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager and your Store Manager coach as you grow in leadership, merchandising, customer care and store operations. A four-year college degree is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is preferred.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
• Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager role.

• Contribute to store leadership, customer care, merchandising and profitability.
• Collaborate with district leadership and coaching staff to prepare for Store Manager promotion.
