Job summary

CVS Health in South Carolina is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop toward a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced program combines virtual and hands-on learning, guided by district leaders, HRBP, and coaching store managers.

The SMIT expects strong communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; a four-year degree preferred; retail management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and leadership potential are essential.
