CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you toward a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced training combines virtual and hands-on experiences with support from District Leaders and Store Manager coaches.

Daily duties include customer care, merchandising, and store operations while you progress through leadership experiences. The program expects a high school diploma or GED, a four-year college degree is preferred, and promotion depends on
