Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Managers In Training to advance into store leadership within our growing network of US locations. You’ll work with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotating shifts across the store and learning day-to-day management tasks.

You will support the Store Manager in team development, scheduling, and guest service, while gaining exposure to food service operations and merchandising standards. Strong communication and energy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe/ Food Safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability on the floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where relevant.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with coffee/food service areas.
