Job summary

Certified Oil is seeking energetic retail leaders for Managers In Training to support the Store Manager and deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience across our convenience store locations. You will train with Training Managers, rotate through shifts, and develop team performance, vendor relations, and store operations.

This role offers full-time hours, benefits, and growth opportunities within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Experience in retail or food service leadership is preferred.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including coffee station, food service area, and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food-service operations when needed.
