Job summary

Certified Oil Corporation is seeking a Store Managers In Training to support the Store Manager and a team in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience at our Columbus area locations. You will work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers across shifts to learn operations, staff development, and vendor and guest relations.

This full-time role offers growth opportunities within Cumberland Farms’ bench leadership, with a focus on high-energy leadership, teamwork, and strong guest

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience required.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy and able to move quickly between tasks.
• Team oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others.
• Computer skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor; keep stock full and in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain clean store appearance in interior and exterior areas, including coffee and food service zones.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
