Certified Oil Corporation is seeking a Managers In Training to support the Store Manager and leadership team in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. You will train alongside experienced managers, learn daily store operations, and contribute to team development across shifts.

This full-time role offers comprehensive training, growth opportunities across Cumberland Farms’ network, and a chance to advance into leadership positions within our convenience store locations.

Competenze

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor; ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot-food locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations as needed.
