Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Port Carbon, PA is seeking a Managers In Training to learn how to run a busy convenience store and lead a team. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotating shifts to understand store operations and guest experience.

You will support the Store Manager with coaching, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to food safety standards, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Growth opportunities exist within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and rotate products to keep shelves full and inviting.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain clean store appearance and oversee coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and assist with additional store duties as needed.
