Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Pottsville, PA is seeking energetic retail leaders for a Managers In Training program. You will support the Store Manager, mentor team members, and learn all aspects of running a convenience store location, including guest service, inventory, and daily operations.

The program includes formal training, hands-on supervision, and opportunities to move into leadership roles across Cumberland Farms locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred: 1 year in retail/guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and maintain 100% in-stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in hot-food locations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with coffee/food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
