Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Pennsylvania is seeking Managers In Training to advance to Store Manager roles. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotate through shifts, learn about our retail team, vendors, and guests, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, in-stock retail operations, food safety where applicable, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional guest service; strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience required.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
