Cumberland Farms is seeking a high-energy Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will train with managers, cover shifts, and develop leadership skills to support the Store Manager and team.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food leadership preferred.

• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full for 100% in-stock experience.
