Job summary

Cumberland Farms in Massachusetts is seeking a dynamic Store Manager in Training to prepare for leadership of a convenience store. You will learn from senior managers, rotate through roles, and help deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

The program emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence with opportunities to advance across our 1,500+ US sites. Full-time with varied shifts and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in hot food locations.
• Ensure store cleanliness and orderly presentation of coffee, food service areas and restrooms.
• Operate cash register efficiently and support food service operations as needed.
