Fastrac Markets is seeking Managers In Training to learn day-to-day store leadership, partnering with Training Managers and Supervising Managers. The program covers operations, vendor relations, and guest experience across Cumberland Farms locations.

Successful candidates will train across shifts, grow into bench leadership, and help deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the Store Manager and team in a fast-paced retail setting. Full-time schedule with varied hours.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in hot food locations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coffee/food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• In hot food locations support food service operations and follow guidelines.
