Certified Oil Company in Springfield, Ohio, is seeking a passionate and high-energy retail leader to join their team. As a Manager in Training, you will support daily operations, engage with guests, and help develop strong store teams through effective training and coaching.

The position requires a full-time commitment with weekend and holiday hours. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and previous leadership experience in retail or food service.

Formación

• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role is preferred.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to interact comfortably with guests and team members.
