Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and operations.
• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining staff under supervision.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation with management.
• Ensure safety compliance and training across the team.
• Make weekly customer calls with/without store manager.
• Assist in store operations and delivery fleet maintenance.
• Review KPI dashboard and monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
