Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years retail management or HS diploma with 5 years management.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Learns Walgreens operations to lead full store operations including front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain experience in opening/closing shifts and staff tasks.
• Engage customers and resolve complaints to ensure positive experience.
• Monitor and improve store performance and compliance with SOPs.
