Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated development program for individuals aiming to become Store Managers. You will learn comprehensive store operations, including front-end and pharmacy, under the guidance of the Store Manager and District Manager.

You will complete classroom, online, and on-the-job training, progress through rotations in area stores, and work toward a formal Store Manager role while ensuring compliance with SOPs and Walgreens policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations to lead one-box full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Under the Store Manager, oversee store operation (front-end and pharmacy).
• Shadow or assist Store Manager to lead store during the learning journey.
