Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated development track to become Store Manager, with responsibility for learning Walgreens’ operations across front-end and pharmacy. The program includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training, rotations, and compliance SOPs while gaining exposure to leadership and store operations.

Applicants will shadow the Store Manager and District Manager to prepare for permanent assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience supervising retail store operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager in opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks.
• Assist in implementing SOPs across departments and training team members.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and coach staff to improve service metrics.
