Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years of retail management with a high school diploma.
• English fluency for reading, writing and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations and lead 'one-box' full-store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow or assist Store Manager to oversee store operations and the learning journey.
• Complete accelerated development plan to transition into Store Manager within the timeframe.
