Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to gain safe experience supervising front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Complete accelerated development track to Store Manager within the timeframe.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and coach team to improve service metrics.
