Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our Missouri stores in a full-time role with benefits. The MIT will complete a structured training program under supervision and gain hands-on experience in managing daily store operations, while upholding company goals and customer service standards.

During training, you will learn supervision techniques, people development, and store leadership practices before advancing to a Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members to advance in their careers.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid, clean Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete the training program under supervision of the Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
• Receive on-the-job training from Store Manager and District Manager before transitioning to Store Manager.
