Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in Missouri for a full-time role with on-the-job training under the Store Manager and District Manager. You will learn to manage daily store operations and lead staff while upholding company policies.

The program prepares you for advancement to Store Manager, with a focus on customer service and team development. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and performance-based increases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Coach, train and develop your team to the next level in their career.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Ability to push/pull with up to 20 pounds; ladder/climb may be required.
• Comfort in small spaces at times across stores.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and supervision.
• Direct and supervise daily activities of store staff.
• Maintain a courteous environment for customers and team members.
• On-the-job training provided before transitioning into Store Manager role.
